SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the continental United States takes 14-30 business days from order date (includes 5-7 days processing and 7-14 days in transit). Kits are packed carefully to ensure everything arrives in great condition.

Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $18 flat rate on orders under $990
- Free Shipping: Automatic on orders $990 and up (2+ kits)

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. For international orders, please contact us at hello@minibopmusic.com for a custom quote.

School and District Orders
For multi-site, school district, or purchase order (PO) shipments, we offer flexible arrangements. Please [request a quote](https://pyrh0.share.hsforms.com/2T1TAXulyR_OlV7RbCx0hcw) and our team will work with you directly on logistics and pricing.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order leaves our fulfillment center. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, email us at hello@minibopmusic.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your kit arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it — replacement, refund, or reship.
