Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Minibop kit. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and questions.
Music Kits
We accept returns of unopened kits within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the kit arrived damaged or defective, in which case Minibop will cover replacement or refund at our discretion. Kits that have been opened are not eligible for return due to the nature of educational materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your kit arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the form below. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Purchase Orders & Invoiced Payments
For orders paid by purchase order or invoice, refunds will be processed by check or applied as credit to future Minibop services, at Minibop's discretion, within 30 days of approved return.
